Note Obligations Amount. As of any time, the then Outstanding Principal Balance together with any accrued and unpaid Interest. For the avoidance of doubt, PIK Interest that has already been reflected in the Outstanding Principal Balance as of the relevant date, shall not also be included in the calculation of accrued and unpaid Interest.
