Example Definitions of "Note Obligations"
Note Obligations. Means, as of the date of measurement, the Company's obligation to pay the aggregate sum of (i) the outstanding unpaid Principal Amount of this Note; (ii) all accrued and unpaid interest thereon calculated in accordance with Section 2; and (iii) any other amounts payable hereunder with respect to this Note.

Note Obligations. Means the collective reference to the unpaid ---------------- principal of and interest on the SPC Loans and the SPC Notes and all other payment obligations and liabilities of the Lessor to the Administrative Agent and SPC under the SPC Notes, the SPC Loan Agreement and any of the other Operative Agreements.
Note Obligations. Shall mean all principal, interest (including interest which accrues after the commencement of any case or proceeding in bankruptcy, or for the reorganization of Maker), if any, fees, charges, expenses, attorneys' fees and any other sum chargeable to Maker under this Note, and all principal and interest, if any, due in respect of the Loan.
