Note or Promissory Note. Shall mean Borrower's $50,000 promissory note to Sui Generis dated the date hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit A to this Agreement, as said Note may be extended, renewed, refinanced, refunded, amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, and any replacement or successor note.
