Note Shares

Note Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion of the Notes.

Note Shares. Means the shares of Preferred Stock into which the Principal of this Note may be converted in accordance with Section 7.

Note Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Convertible Notes pursuant to the terms of the Securities Amendment and Purchase Agreement and the Convertible Notes.
