Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Promissory Note substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Note")
Note. Any Senior Convertible Note issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
Note. Means the Secured Promissory Note executed as of the Agreement Date by Borrower and payable to Lender (as amended, supplemented, extended, restated, or otherwise amended from time to time).

Note. That certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note executed by Debtor in favor of Secured Party in the original principal amount of $14,891,086, as it may be amended, restated or modified.
Note. Shall mean this Note and any notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor as provided herein, as they may hereafter be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
