Noteholder Agreements
Noteholder Agreements. Shall mean, collectively, the following (as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced): the Note Indenture; the Senior Secured Notes; the agreements listed on Schedule 1.1(e) hereto and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed or delivered by Borrower or any other person with, to or in favor of Note Trustee or any Noteholder in connection therewith or related thereto.
