Noteholder Documents

Noteholder Documents. Means the Note Purchase Agreements and the Notes issued thereunder executed in favor of the Noteholders, guaranties executed by the Consolidated Subsidiaries, and any additional guaranty agreements that are executed by any Person in accordance with the terms of any Note Purchase Agreement, as any of the same may be amended or modified from time to time.

Noteholder Documents. Shall mean the Note Purchase Agreement, the Senior Notes and each other Operative Agreement, as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement, together with any other document, instrument or agreement executed in connection with the foregoing, as any of the foregoing may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.

Noteholder Documents. Shall mean, collectively, this Agreement, the Indenture, the Note Guaranty, the Perfection Certificate and all other agreements, instruments and documents now or hereafter executed and/or delivered by the Lien Grantor to the Agent or any other Secured Party in order to evidence or secure the Obligations, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
