Notes

Notes. Shall have the meaning set forth in the second paragraph of this Agreement.

Notes. The notes that may from time to time be given pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement or any other evidence of indebtedness secured by this Mortgage

Notes. Shall mean, collectively, the Term Note and the Revolving Credit Note.

Notes. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Notes. Means, collectively, each of the senior secured convertible promissory notes, due on the date that is 42 months after the Closing Date, each issuable by the Company to one of the Lenders (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Notes. Shall mean, collectively, the Short-Term Note and the Long-Term Note.

Notes. Shall mean all promissory notes from time to time issued to, or held by, the Pledgor.

Notes. Shall mean all Promissory Notes or other debt instruments (including, without limitation, bonds and debentures of any nature whatsoever) from time to time issued to, or held by, Debtor.

Notes. Means the Initial Notes and Exchange Notes.

Notes. Means the 4.875% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2024 of the Company to be purchased pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
