Example Definitions of "Notes"
Notes. Means any of the promissory notes issued (i) by the Borrower to the Bank under the Bank Loan Agreement or (ii) by the Company to any Noteholder under any of the Note Purchase Agreements, in each instance as any of the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
Notes. The Company's 7.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2009.
Notes. Shall mean all promissory notes (including intercompany notes) from time to time issued to, or held by, each Pledgor.
