Notice and Questionnaire. A Notice of Registration Statement and Selling Securityholder Questionnaire substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, with such changes thereto as the Company may reasonably determine

Notice and Questionnaire. A written notice delivered to the Company substantially in the form attached as Annex A to the Final Offering Circular

Notice and Questionnaire. Shall mean a notice of registration statement and selling security holder questionnaire distributed to a Holder by the Operating Partnership and the Guarantor in connection with a Shelf Registration.

A written notice delivered to the Company and the Issuer containing substantially the information called for by the Notice of Registration Statement and Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached as Appendix A to the Offering Circular, as such notice may be amended by the Company and the Issuer upon the advice of counsel experienced in such matters, to the extent reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with applicable law
