Notice of Exercise

Notice of Exercise. Shall mean the form of Notice of Exercise attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Notice of Exercise. Means t he written notice of Trenwick's intent to exercise the Securities Issuance Option as described in Section 2.3.

Notice of Exercise. The Notice of Exercise in the form annexed hereto (the "Notice of Exercise").

Notice of Exercise. Duly executed by the Holder, at the principal executive office of the Company, and as soon as practicable after such date, surrendering:(a) this Warrant and(b) except in a "cashless exercise" pursuant to Section 2.5, payment in cash (by check) or by wire transfer of an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the number of shares of Warrant Stock being purchased upon such exercise by the Exercise Price.

Notice of Exercise. Shall mean the Notice of Exercise substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

Notice of Exercise. Means the written notice required to be given by the Corporation or a Stockholder to exercise the option to purchase the Shares offered for Transfer.
