Notice of Termination. Any purported termination of the Executive's employment by the Employers for any reason, including without limitation for Casue, Disability or Retirement, or by the Executive for any reason, including without limitation for Good Reason, shall be communicated by written 'Notice of Termination' to the other party hereto.
