Notice

Notice. Any terms used 3 in the Notice and these Terms and Conditions, but defined in an employment or similar agreement with the Grantee are incorporated herein by reference and shall be effective for purposes of the Notice and these Terms and Conditions without regard to the continued effectiveness of such employment or similar agreement.
