NOVATEL PATENTS. Means the existing patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit B hereto and such patents obtained and patent applications filed by Novatel relating to the patents listed on Exhibit A, and improvements thereto, including without limitation, all foreign counterparts, all substitutions, extensions, reissues, renewals, divisions, continuations and continuations in part relating to such Novatel Patents and their foreign counterparts.
