Example Definitions of "Novell Enhanced Code"
Novell Enhanced Code. Shall mean the Source Code and Binary Code of Novell's modifications to the Licensed Works that Novell intends to make 2 3 Generally Available and that is provided to Company pursuant to Section 11 and Section 12. Novell Enhanced Code shall not include any Code owned or licensed by RSA Security Incorporated.
