Novell Products. Shall mean all versions of all products distributed by Novell including but not limited to corresponding software development kits, updates, upgrades, and service packs, whether the foregoing are created, marketed, distributed, and/or sold by Novell or third parties, provided that the products add significant value add beyond the capabilities contained in the Licensed Works.
