NPI Products. Fresh and frozen ready-to-heat (aka ready-to-eat), ready-to-cook (to the extent not a Recipe Unit Product) and other convenience items and other food products that are not Recipe Unit Products that are manufactured by FreshRealm and sold to Blue Apron pursuant to this Agreement.
