Example Definitions of "NQSO"
NQSO. Means an Option (or a portion thereof) which is not intended to, or does not, qualify for any reason as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code, or any successor provision.
NQSO. Means any Option that is not an ISO (i.e., a non-qualified stock option).
NQSO. (Non-Qualified Stock Option) means any Option that does not meet the requirements of an ISO.
NQSO. An Option not intended to be an ISO and designated as a nonqualified stock option by the Committee.
