Nucor Wells

Nucor Wells. Means the oil and gas wells drilled by the Parties pursuant to the C&E Agreements, including any "Head's Up Wells" drilled by the Parties in excess of the number of "Carry Wells" described in the C&E Agreements, in which Nucor elected to participate under the C&E Agreements (if any).
