Number of Options

Number of Options. For the avoidance of doubt, the "Number of Options," as such term is used in this paragraph shall not include any Options previously exercised by Counterparty prior to the Unwind Date pursuant to the terms of the Note Hedge Transaction and Note Hedge Confirmation or any Exercisable Options with respect to which Dealer has received a Notice of Exercise prior to the Unwind Date.
