Nuvera Group

Nuvera Group. Shall mean, at any time, Nuvera and any direct or indirect corporate subsidiaries of Nuvera that would be eligible to join with Nuvera with respect to Federal Taxes, in the filing of a consolidated federal income tax return and, with respect to Combined State Taxes, in the filing of a consolidated, combined or unitary income or franchise tax return, including any predecessors thereto.
