NWT Conversion Shares

NWT Conversion Shares. Shall mean, as of any given date, the number of shares of Common Stock into which the NWT Shares are convertible as of such date, or if as of such date the NWT Shares have been converted into Preferred Stock, the number of shares of Common Stock into which such shares of Preferred Stock are convertible as of such date.
