OASDI Rate. The rate at which employers are required to withhold the employee's portion of so-called FICA taxes in order to fund Social Security or "OASDI" benefits (without regard to any applicable earnings caps) on any applicable Payment Date. The OASDI Rate is 6.20% on the Effective Date
