All terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and undertakings of Borrower and/or Guarantor under all notes and other documents evidencing the Liabilities, and under all deeds to secure debt, deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements and other agreements, documents and instruments executed in connection with the Liabilities or related thereto.
