Obligations. The payment of each Series (the "Obligations")
Obligations. Means all of the indebtedness, obligations and ----------- liabilities of Pledgor GCC, individually or collectively, whether direct or indirect, joint or several, absolute or contingent, liquidated or disputed, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising under the Purchase Agreement and/or the Note.
