Example Definitions of "Obligations"
Obligations. Is used herein in its most comprehensive sense and shall mean any and all present and future debts, obligations and liabilities of Borrower to Secured Party pursuant to the Notes, as the same may be amended, renewed, modified or extended from time to time, and Borrower's obligations under this Security Agreement.
Obligations. The "Obligations" mean all of the obligations of the Manufacturer and each of the Guarantors pursuant to the Contract Documents.
