Obligations

Obligations. Means all obligations of the Debtors to Senior Creditor under the Senior Credit Documents and/or to Subordinated Creditors under the Subordinated Credit Documents, as the context may require.

Obligations. Means all indebtedness and other liabilities and obligations of the Debtor to the Creditor, now existing or hereafter arising, including without limitation all of its obligations to the Creditor under the Factoring Agreement, the Supply Agreement, and any related documents or instruments.

Obligations. As defined in the Credit Agreement, as well as all obligations arising under the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and including, without limitation, all other indebtedness, obligations and liabilities now or hereafter existing of any kind of Mortgagor to Mortgagee under documents that recite that they are intended to be secured by this Mortgage. 2

Obligations. Means collectively all of the indebtedness, obligations, and undertakings of the Borrowers and the other Obligors that are guaranteed by the Guarantor and described in subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 2 of this Guaranty.

Obligations. Pilots' Supplemental Retirement Plan and the Pactiv Corporation Supplement Executive Retirement Plan) determined by their PBO, and defined contribution-type Plans (including the Pactiv Corporation Deferred Compensation Plan) determined by the liability accrued on the Company's financial statements.

Obligations. The obligation of the Company under a Warrant, upon notification that a Warrant is to be exercised into DSW Stock and upon payment of the Aggregate Purchase Price, to issue to the Warrant Holder DSW Stock on the terms set forth in the Warrant.
