Example Definitions of "Obligations"
Obligations. Shall mean (i) all obligations and indebtedness of Borrower under the Loan Documents, whether of principal, interest, fees, expenses or otherwise now existing or hereafter contacted or incurred, and all extensions, renewals, refinancings, refunding, increases or decreases in the amount of such obligations and indebtedness in whole or in part; (ii) all costs and expenses incurred by Assignee in the collection of any of the obligations or indebtedness described in (i) above, including without... limitation, reasonable in-house and outside counsel attorneys' fees and legal expenses; and (iii) all future advances made by Assignee in accordance with the Loan Documents for the protection or preservation of the Collateral or any portion thereof. Obligations. Means the obligations of Maker under this Note.
Obligations. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement.
