Obligations

Obligations. All loans, advances, debts, liabilities and obligations owed by Company to Holder of every kind and description, now existing or hereafter arising under or pursuant to the terms of this Note including, all interest, fees, charges, expenses, attorneys' fees and costs and accountants' fees and costs chargeable to and payable by Company hereunder.

Obligations. Obligations. Obligations. All amounts owing to Bank by Borrower or Guarantor, including but not limited to amounts owing under the RBA Notes and the LOC Note and any of the other Loan Documents.

The term also includes, without limitation, all Indebtedness, liabilities or obligations of any Borrower which may at any time become due under any rate swap agreement, basis swap, forward rate agreement, commodity swap, commodity option, equity or equity index swap, bond option, interest rate option, foreign exchange agreement, rate cap agreement, rate floor agreement, rate collar agreement, currency swap agreement, cross-currency swap agreement, currency option or any other similar agreement entered into between Borrower and Lender, or any Affiliate of Lender.
