Obligations

Obligations. The Obligation defined in the Credit Agreement, and shall include the obligations of any Debtor under a guaranty provided with respect to the Obligation under the Credit Agreement

Obligations. Means the obligations owed by the Company to the Investor under the Debenture.

Obligations. All principal and interest due or to become due under the Note, and any other indebtedness or liability of Debtor to Secured Party, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising.
