Obligee

Obligee. Any person, firm, corporation or other entity that is the beneficiary of an Obligation, including any person, firm, corporation or other entity that is a beneficiary of an Obligation, or any person, firm, corporation or other entity which is acting as a trustee or authorized representative on behalf of such person, firm, corporation or other entity.
