OC3. Shall mean bi-directional OC-3 optical transmission capacity meeting the specifications set forth in AT&T's Technical Reference 54018, as revised from time to time. For purposes of this Agreement, "bi- directional" shall mean that traffic up to the designated capacity can travel in each direction simultaneously.
