OCNJ Agents

OCNJ Agents. Shall mean each and every Person authorized in writing by OCNJ to solicit, negotiate, or effect insurance contracts on OCNJ's behalf as its agent in New Jersey, regardless of whether such Person is authorized to collect insurance premiums or to countersign insurance policies on behalf of OCNJ.
