OCTAGON UNITS

OCTAGON UNITS. Means the units of the Corporation issuable upon exercise of the placement agent's compensation warrant to be issued to Octagon at the Closing, with each Octagon Unit being comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one common stock purchase warrant.
