October Value

October Value. Means the average closing sale price of a share of GLBN Common Stock as reported on the Nasdaq National Market or any other stock exchange or national securities exchange on which the GLBN Common Stock shall at such time be listed for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending with and including October 31, 2001.
