Ocwen Business. (a) the business and operations of Ocwen and its Subsidiaries and other Affiliates immediately after the Effective Date and (b) except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any terminated, divested, or discontinued businesses or operations of Ocwen and its Subsidiaries and other Affiliates.
