Odonate Patent

Odonate Patent. Any and all Patents owned or Controlled by Odonate during the Term with a Valid Claim Covering the API or Product, or that are otherwise reasonably necessary or useful for the research, development, manufacture, use, sale or importation of the API or Product, or that would otherwise dominate the manufacture, use, sale or importation of Product incorporating the API, in each case within the Field and in the Territory.
