OEM. Automotive original equipment manufacturer

OEM. Means a reseller of Products that are customized for that OEM, bundled with or incorporated into other products of the OEM, or private- labeled for the OEM.

OEM. Shall mean: original equipment manufacturers selling hardware, Non-Traditional OEM's, and Similar Distributors. OEM. "OEM(s)" shall mean the original equipment manufacturer that holds a current and valid license agreement with MS for any or all Software pursuant to the MS/OEM Agreement and is located in the Territory.

OEM. Means an original equipment manufacturer that pre-installs Microsoft operating system Software Products on a computer system purchased by you.

OEM.
