Off-Floor Premises

Off-Floor Premises. Pursuant to Section 7 of the Third Amendment, Landlord and Tenant have determined and agreed upon the off-floor mechanical areas of the Building that shall be associated with the Rentable Area of the Premises. As such, Exhibit A to the Original Lease (as amended by Section 2 of the First Amendment) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Amended Exhibit A attached hereto, which depicts both the new on-floor and off-floor portions of the Premises.
