Offer

Offer. Has the meaning given to it in the Deed of Undertaking;

Offer. The following terms (the "Offer"): At any time from the date hereof to and including November 9, 2007 (the "Outside Date"), the Company shall be entitled to purchase each Investor's Note for an amount in cash equal to 120% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of such Note plus any accrued and unpaid interest thereon (the "Purchase Price").

Offer. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Merger Agreement.

Offer. Means a bona fide offer from a User for the purchase of any Property or the ownership interests in any Property Entity that the Fund would be willing to accept, which bona fide offer sets forth the purchase price and all other material terms of the transaction.

Offer. Any tender offer or exchange offer for Shares, other than one made by the Company, provided that the corporation, person or other entity making the Offer acquires Shares pursuant to such Offer.
