Offering Date. The first Trading Day of an Offering Period.
Offering Date. Means the first day of a Purchase Period, or each January 1, and July 1.
Offering Date. Shall mean the first Trading Day of each Offering Period of the Plan. The Offering Date of an Offering Period is the grant date for the options offered in such Offering Period.
