Example Definitions of "Offering Date"
Offering Date. The first business day of each Offering Period. However, for the initial Offering Period the Offering Date shall be the Effective Date.
Offering Date. The first day of each month during each Plan Year; provided, that, the Committee shall have the power to change the Offering Date.
Offering Date. As applicable, (i) January 1 or the first trading day immediately following January 1 of each Plan Year, and (ii) July 1 or the first trading day immediately following July 1 of each Plan Year, or such other date(s) as determined by the Committee
