Offering Memorandum

Offering Memorandum. Means the Confidential Private Placement Memorandum dated August 16, 2006, as amended on September 14, 2006 and September 28, 2006, describing the Offering.

Offering Memorandum. Shall mean the offering memorandum of the Company, dated April 4, 2007, related to the Securities.

Offering Memorandum. Means the Offering Memorandum of the Company dated May 13, 2003 relating to the Securities.

Offering Memorandum. Means the Offering Memorandum dated December 13, 2005 relating to the offer and sale of the Securities.

Offering Memorandum. Shall mean any offering memorandum (whether the preliminary offering memorandum or the final offering memorandum, or any amendments or supplements to either such document) that has been prepared and delivered by the Operating Partnership to the Initial Purchaser in connection with the offering of the Securities.

Offering Memorandum. Means that certain offering memorandum dated March 13, 2007 relating to the issuance of the Notes.

Offering Memorandum. That certain final Offering Memorandum of the Company, dated February 25, 2004, relating to the sale of the Notes.

Offering Memorandum. Means the Offering Memorandum dated May 8, 2007 relating to the offer and sale of the Securities.

Offering Memorandum. To the Remarketing Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Remarketing Agent, to be used in the remarketing by the Secondary Purchaser or purchasers under the Secondary Purchase Agreement, and shall pay all expenses relating to the preparation and furnishing of such Offering Memorandum.

Offering Memorandum. Means the Offering Memorandum dated March 4, 2004 setting forth the information regarding the Company, the Securities and the terms of the offering contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.
