OffSite Facility Agreements. Means any leases, contracts and agreements, if any, pertaining to facilities not located on the Property but which are required and presently used for the operation of the Property including, without limitation, use agreements for local golf courses, and parking or garage contracts or leases, all of which are set forth on Schedule "Off-Site Facility Agreements" attached hereto
