Oil and Gas Reserve Borrowing Base. At any time of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the Working Interest Borrowing Base plus the Partnership Interest Borrowing Base, as the same may be adjusted from time to time between Redetermination Dates pursuant to Section 2.07(f), Section 2.07(h) or Section 8.12(d).
