Old Baseball Receivables

Old Baseball Receivables. Means the Company's accounts receivable owed by baseball clients principally serviced by the LA Agents and originally invoiced on or before December 31, 2005, including, without limitation, those accounts receivable listed on Schedule 1.15, less any amounts collected by the Company prior to the Closing Date. The amount of the Old Baseball Receivables shown on Schedule 1.15 are net of any consulting fees that may be payable on account of the corresponding item.
