OnLine Sellers

OnLine Sellers. Shall mean any and all entities that sell, offer to sell, resell or offer to resell a Product (as hereinafter defined) through E-Commerce and that are not; i) Exclusive Customers; ii) Brick and Mortar Retailers selling goods through their own website.
