Onward Distributor

Onward Distributor. Means a party other than Pegasus, Customer or an Affiliate that operates an electronic system that displays and transmits Reservations Data which includes providers of metasearch or rate auditing functionality (also known as crawlers) that have contractual relationships with Customer.
