Operating Account Rate

Operating Account Rate. For any month, (a) One-Month LIBOR plus [__]% if the average balance of the Operating Account during given quarter equals or exceeds the Minimum Balance Requirement, or (b) [__]; provided, however, interest shall not accrue on any amounts in the Operating Account in excess of the aggregate outstanding Repurchase Price for all Purchased Assets at any time.
