Operating Agreement

Operating Agreement. Means the Company's Amended and Restated Operating Agreement (as amended to date).

Operating Agreement. The Operating Agreement of a Limited Liability Company dated as of June 15, 2000 and any and all modifications and amendments thereto.

Operating Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of American Reprographics Holdings, L.L.C.

Operating Agreement. Means the Agreement of Limited Partnership of Property Owner dated as of May 2, 2002.

Operating Agreement. Means each limited liability company agreement, operating agreement or similar agreement identified on Part A of Schedule I hereto relating to Pledged Shares consisting of a membership interest in a limited liability company, in each case, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Operating Agreement. Means the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Company dated as of May 2, 2002.

Operating Agreement. Shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals.

Operating Agreement. The Limited Liability Company Agreement of LLC dated as of __________, 2003, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Operating Agreement. The Limited Liability Company Agreement of LLC dated as of May 2, 2002, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Operating Agreement. The Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, and all supplements, amendments and restatements thereof.
