Example Definitions of "Operating Budget"
Operating Budget. The operating budget consisting of the projected cash flow position of Borrower and its Subsidiaries attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Operating Budget. The projection of revenue and expenses as well as other working capital needs for any Fiscal Year or portion thereof relating to the Business approved by the Board of Managers pursuant to Section 7.01(B) of this Agreement, and any updates or modifications thereto implemented in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
